For Visa processing handled by Travelpedia Tours, It is hereby acknowledge that the main responsibility of ‘Travelpedia Tours’ is to assist but have no role whatsoever in the assessment of a visa application, which is the sole prerogative of the Visa Section of whichever Embassy the Visa is applied for. Travelpedia Tours does not guarantee approval of VISA for it depends on the applicant’s financial capability, credit and travel history and the like and will not in any manner be liable or responsible for any delay in the processing or rejection of any visa application once the documents have been delivered for processing. Any fees collected is not refundable and non transferrable.
Terms and Conditions:
- All fees paid are non-refundable and non transferrable.
- A Visa does not guarantee entry into any Country which the Visa is applied for.
- A Visa allows a foreign citizen to request entry and to travel to the country which the Visa is applied for.

By providing us with your personal data and signing our consent form, you explicitly authorize TRAVELPEDIA TOURS, our employees, authorized representatives, related companies, and third party service providers, to use, process and share Personal Data in order to complete your transaction, application or booking.
